Papa's Bold Deviled Eggs
20 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, yolks removed1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. Hot Pepper Butter
2 T. Dijon Mustard
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to tase.
Combine yolks and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and freshly chopped basil.
Papa's Marinated Wings
4 lbs Chicken Wings1 C. Soy Sauce
1 C. Brown Sugar
2 T. Hot Pepper Butter
3 T. Melted Butter
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, turning wings every 15 min.
Papa's Meatloaf
2 lbs. Ground Beef, Turkey, or Chicken1 C. Cracker or Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 Chopped Onion
1 T. Hot Pepper Butter
Form into loaf, brown in 2 T. of olive oil, place in a baking dish, glaze with Papa Warned Me, bake at 350 for 1 hour and enjoy.
Papa's Scallops To-Die-For
Wrap partially cooked bacon around scallopsBroil 4 min.
Dip broiled scallops in dipping sauce of 5 T. mayonnaise and 4 T. Hot Pepper Butter

Papa's Hot Spinach
10 OZ. Fresh Spinach5 Strips of Bacon
1 T. Olive Oil
1 Small Diced Onion
1 T. Cider Vinegar
1 T. Hot Pepper Butter
1 Apple, Cored and Thinly sliced
Place rinsed and dried spinach and sliced apple in a bowl. Cook bacon over medium heat in a skillet until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels. Discard all but 3 T. of pan drippings. Add oil to drippings in skillet and heat. Add onions. Cook until tender. Add vinegar and PWM Hot Pepper Butter, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Toss with spinach and apple. Serve immediately.
